NEW PRODUCT

LC Engineering has designed a new adapter that will allow you to put the stock 22R carburetor on an Offenhauser manifold. This has become a very popular application for some of our customers running propane injection. The unique dyno-proven spiral bore of the LCE adapter causes the incoming air-charge to spin as it passes through the body. This beneficial air charge carries all the way into the combustion chamber which produces a super atomized mixture, which produces gains in mid-range power and overall efficiency. LC Engineering's in-house dyno showed gains of 5 horsepower and 6 Ft-Lbs. of torque! All adapter kits are manufactured from aircraft quality billet 6061-T6 aluminum. CNC-Machined to provide a better gasket seal and less vacuum leaks than the cheap Weber adapter. Each kit comes with all the necessary gaskets, hardware and precision brackets to maintain proper throttle and cruise control geometry. Kits can be installed in less than one hour, with no drilling or cutting required.

Hypereutectic pistons are a much stronger piston that will not absorb as much heat as a cast style piston. That means you can make more power with less wear on your engine!! Pistons come with new wristpins, locks and are available in standard, +.020", +.030", and +.040" bore sizes. We offer 3 ring styles. Hastings American made of great quality at an affordable price, Total seal is the rings that we have been using forever and are an upgrade from the hastings in terms of cost mostly not usability. Then we also off a gapless Total Seal Ring also.


The street piston kits come standard with Hastings piston rings. Built with cast iron, barrel face top compression rings. They have conventional cast iron second rings and 3-piece, standard-tension stainless steel oil rings. These ring sets are ideal for street use, race applications, and mild levels of nitrous or forced induction. Call for upgrades on the rings. Allen Bolt Upgrade Kit For TPS

One challenge to adjusting the TPS is that the screws are nearly impossible to access when the unit is in the vehicle. To make the adjustment easier LC Engineering offers a TPS bolt upgrade kit to replace the stock TPS Phillips head screws with allen head bolts and then uses a ball-end allen wrench to loosen and tighten them. The ball headed allen wrench allows you to access the bolts at an angle instead of having to get to them straight on like the stock screws. This kit will also help if you have damaged the stock screw heads trying to loosen them up. This kit contains two M4-0.7 x 16mm socket head bolts, four M4 flat washers and one 3mm ball head allen wrench. The screw length changed around on the stock applications so we supply you with screws to match the longest stock application and then you can use the supplied washers to shim them as needed for proper length.

Economy Master Rebuild Kit

We Know not everyone we sell to is building a race engine. Sometimes you might not need the best parts to build your project. Proof of this is the hundreds of calls we get a month from people that have bought the cheap parts to build projects, unfortunately when they call it has already ended in failure and damaged parts. We have been selling quality parts made mostly from Japan or USA or modified by LCE. Now there is a solution, the new ECONOMY MASTER REBUILD KIT. We have source parts that pass our stringent Quality Control for non race engines. This kit will contain parts made in the USA, Japan, and Taiwan. You can save $200 over our normal LCE Master Rebuild kit and not suffer though the pains of what we call the China Crap Syndrome. (build a motor up only to have if fail due to a China timing kit failing in the first 300 Miles.) See below for parts list.

New heads in stock and ready to ship for the 3VZ

LC Engineering has designed a perfect replacement for the 3.0L (3VZ V6) customer who is on a tight budget. These budget minded heads start with a brand new casting and then our cylinder head experts fit them with all brand new components. We use a stock sized steel intake valve and a stock sized stainless exhaust valve to handle the higher exhaust temps. The head is then fitted with LC Engineering exclusive Street Performer valve springs. These springs provide a higher spring pressure along with a smaller diameter wire to allow the use of a higher lift cam without any coil bind issues. The valve train is finished off with Viton valve seals, hardened keepers, new Street Performer retainers and an exhaust stud kit so you can replace those old worn out exhaust studs. No longer will you need to bother with trying to get a set of old heads machined flat to keep from blowing head gaskets! These heads have a perfectly flat surface, providing a perfect head gasket seal for years of problem-free service. To keep the price down these heads are not ported but we do offer an alternative option if you are looking for a more performance oriented cylinder head call the sales desk for more information.

All Fired up Racing (ya were a bunch of Fire Fighters I know the name is Cheesy but it works for us.)It now has your stickers on it and I will send you some pictures when I get all the fiberglass on it. This should be a great season for us and I hope that fuel injection is in my near future.  You guys a big help for a little guy like me.  Were hoping to get some sponsors this year for the Local stuff and get a shop going dealing with all off road racing.  Again thanks for you help.



Here is Eric's truck he figures he probably has $25 - 30 Thousand in it . Front is a one off custom reverse J-arm set up with F-150 4X4 front spindle and hub assy. Full custom  cage front to rear.  KING coil-over, Triple bypass and air bumps on each wheel (12 shocks total). Rear is a giant motorsports 4-link kit with a ford 9 inch rear end , 4 wheel disc brakes. 5 point seats. It has 20" wheel travel in front , and 30" in the rear. Still street legal, even Cali.

You all had recently built my 1GR ,lower end, with 9.2:1 coated forged pistons, and the chromolly rods. I have been driving it for the past 3 weeks or so. Motor is great! I installed the new turbo last Wednesday, and man what a difference. It is a lager one than what had come with the kit initially. STS failed to properly size it, I come to find out. I would recommend them to anyone. Anyway here are some pics, so enjoy.
