NEW Silicone Radiator Hose Kits will provide your engine with a one-of-a-kind advantage in performance and style. These kits are dual layered, combining high-grade silicone and heat-resistant embedded fibers which will provide exceptional and efficient heat reduction and increased pressure tolerance, giving you peace of mind and years of satisfaction.

The new radiator hose kits are a direct OEM fit for either a 22R or a 22RE motor. All of our silicone hoses are 3 ply polyester reinforced construction with a temperature range from -20º to 350º. The advantage that a silicone radiator hose has over a standard rubber radiator hose is that the silicone hose can handle much greater temperatures and they are resistant to ozone exposure, oil, and other engine fluids and electrochemical degradation, which means that silicone radiator hoses last about five times longer than a standard rubber radiator hose.

Silicone Radiator Hoses are high gloss, black in color, and are shipped with stainless steel hose clamps. This is one upgrade that you cannot afford to miss.

Note: Some trimming may be required from either end of each hose for proper fitment. May not work with 2" or larger body lifts.

Economy Master Rebuild Kit

We Know not everyone we sell to is building a race engine. Sometimes you might not need the best parts to build your project. Proof of this is the hundreds of calls we get a month from people that have bought the cheap parts to build projects, unfortunately when they call it has already ended in failure and damaged parts. We have been selling quality parts made mostly from Japan or USA or modified by LCE. Now there is a solution, the new ECONOMY MASTER REBUILD KIT. We have source parts that pass our stringent Quality Control for non race engines. This kit will contain parts made in the USA, Japan, and Taiwan. You can save $200 over our normal LCE Master Rebuild kit and not suffer though the pains of what we call the China Crap Syndrome. (build a motor up only to have if fail due to a China timing kit failing in the first 300 Miles.) See below for parts list.

Kit Includes:
Street Hyper Pistons Hypereutectic pistons are a much stronger piston that will not absorb as much heat as a cast style piston. That means you can make more power with less wear on your engine!! Pistons come with new wristpins, locks and are available in standard, +.020", +.030", and +.040" bore sizes.

Hastings Piston Rings Hastings piston rings are built with cast iron, barrel face top compression rings. They have conventional cast iron second rings and 3-piece, standard-tension stainless steel oil rings. These ring sets are ideal for street use, race applications, and mild levels of nitrous or forced induction. NOTE: These are not a gapless ring set

Pin Bushings
These bronze pin bushings will replace the worn out bushings in your stock rods.

Main, Rod & Thrust Bearings
Main and rod bearings are available in standard +.020" and +.030" sizes. Thrust bearing all come in standard size.

Complete Gasket Kit
These are the same high quality gasket sets we use to build our engines with. It has a composite style head gasket and all the other gaskets you need to re-assemble your engine.

Timing Chain Kit
timing chain kits include: chain, guides, tensioner and sprockets.

Oil Pump
This kit comes with an Aisin oil pump. This is the same pump you will get at your Toyota dealer at a fraction of the cost.

Brass Freeze Plugs
Brass replacement freeze plugs will last longer than steel or aluminum and give you that extra protection for your engine.

LC Engineering has the largest selection of Performance Toyota cams anywhere in the world which means that no matter what application you have we can get the right cam for you. This month we will highlight the The 2RZ/3RZ Camshaft Sets. All our cams will give you a dramatic increase in mid range horsepower and torque! We have cam sets that are designed to be used with a well built naturally aspirated or boosted (10-25psi) engines. Most of the Stage 2 and higher cams will require to use of an aftermarket computer system (stand-alone or piggy back) like the LC Pro Fuel injection or Split Second controller. Due to the larger lift they will also require a "shim under" style bucket instead of the stock "shim over" style. Don't want to do standalone or happy with a mild increase in torque and horsepower try our Pro Cam as they will work with the stock valvetrain. New heads in stock and ready to ship for the 3VZ

LC Engineering has designed a perfect replacement for the 3.0L (3VZ V6) customer who is on a tight budget. These budget minded heads start with a brand new casting and then our cylinder head experts fit them with all brand new components. We use a stock sized steel intake valve and a stock sized stainless exhaust valve to handle the higher exhaust temps. The head is then fitted with LC Engineering exclusive Street Performer valve springs. These springs provide a higher spring pressure along with a smaller diameter wire to allow the use of a higher lift cam without any coil bind issues. The valve train is finished off with Viton valve seals, hardened keepers, new Street Performer retainers and an exhaust stud kit so you can replace those old worn out exhaust studs. No longer will you need to bother with trying to get a set of old heads machined flat to keep from blowing head gaskets! These heads have a perfectly flat surface, providing a perfect head gasket seal for years of problem-free service. To keep the price down these heads are not ported but we do offer an alternative option if you are looking for a more performance oriented cylinder head call the sales desk for more information.
