    Returns/Exchanges

    Returns will not be accepted with out an RMA. Please Contact Customer Service to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number. A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany your return. All returns must be sent prepaid, no C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss or damage. There is a 30% restocking fee applied to all returns. Absolutely no returns after 30 days, unless as specified by Limited Warranty. Customer refused shipments are subject to the original UPS S/H charges and the incurred UPS return S/H fee. Cores must be received within 60 days of purchase date for full core credit. If a replacement part must be sent, the customer will have 10 days to return the original product, or be subject to pay for the replacement product & the freight, until the original parts are returned.
