Payment Options:
 
Payment by Credit Card – We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.  Your credit card will be billed within 24 hours after placing your order.  For your protection, we security check all credit card orders using the Address Verification System.  All orders for Short Blocks and Long Blocks require an Authorization Form to be completed before shipping.

Pre-Payment by Check – All checks will be accepted from the United States (including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) and Canada.  All orders placed by personal check are subject to a 7 to 10 day hold.  Cashier’s checks or money orders are accepted.  Checks must be made payable to LC Engineering, Inc.

Payment by Wire Transfer – LCE does accept funds from Electronic Wire Transfer.  Please contact the Customer Service Department for instructions.

Shipping Information:
 
LCE ships UPS daily with the following services available: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2-Day Air and overnight.  UPS covers the continental U.S. and most foreign countries.  U.S. Postal Priority is available upon request.  All shipments are pre-paid.  Complete engines and short blocks will be shipped via truck freight and are subject to a crate charge.  Call our Customer Service line for details.

Freight Damage:
 
Damaged or lost goods are the responsibility of the carrier.  Title of merchandise passes to customer on delivery from common carrier.

Parts Availability:
 
We try our best to keep all merchandise in stock.  However, in manufacturing and supplying specialized parts, demand peaks can occur during certain times of the year, which may delay delivery.  If this does occur, your Customer Service Representative will keep you informed as to expected delivery dates.

All back orders are held until product becomes available.  If you do not want any back order held, please inform the Customer Service Representative at the time of ordering.

Emission Control:
 
Unless stated, all merchandise sold by LCE, which may or may not effect emissions control equipment, is sold as “Not Legal” on pollution control motor vehicles.  You, the purchaser, bear all legal responsibility pertaining to your state and city laws and any illegal usage of these parts.

LC Engineering (LCE) Limited Warranty:
 
All parts and accessories manufactured by LCE have a 90 day limited warranty from the date of sale.  This limited warranty applies to any product, which, after careful inspection by LCE, is found to have a defect in either materials or workmanship.  Parts used for racing or competition are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.  Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. LCE shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage, or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchase, which may arise and/or result from sale, installation or use of these engines, engine components, parts and/or accessories.  No warranty on any Pro Series short block or long block.  We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts.  Any litigation arriving instigated from the purchaser of these products must be originated in the courts of Mohave County, Arizona, USA.

Manufacturer's Limited Warranty:
 
The manufacturer warrants most parts, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise.  All warranties are included with your order.  For electrical parts, please contact Customer Service. Some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly to them.

Returns / Exchanges:
 
Contact Customer Service to have an RGA number issued.  A copy of the original sales order must accompany all returns.  All returns must be sent prepaid – no collect shipments will be accepted.  Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.  Absolutely no returns after 30 days, unless as specified by Limited Warranty.  Customer refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee.  Cores must be received within 60 days of purchase date for full core credit.  When a replacement part is sent, customer will have 10 days to return the product that was sent in error, or be subject to a charge, plus freight, for the full amount of that particular part.
